I recommend EVE Online if you dig fighting in space ships. If it weren't for all my friends in WoW I'd probably have kept playing. Very fun.

eh I have a 34ish million skill point charater in eve-online. I stopped playing because no matter what I did how much time I spent playing I'd never have as many skill points or "XP" as other players. There "leveling" system to me was just garbage.

True, it was really hard to ever catch up to others, but I loved the idea of flying around blasting out peoples engines and laying waste to pirate encampments. I guess I'm too scifi for my own good.

The world of eve-online is beautifully done. The fact that 93 million miles (1 AU) actually has some bearing. The fact that you can't just "impules" to a nearby planet and stuff... was cool. If it had a leveling system more like earth and beyond I would have been all over that shit lol.

I have never played it, and yet I detest that game SO MUCH!

It's a pokemon MMO that is more or less all of the gameboy games rolled into one. Check it out if you get a chance.

but yeah.. probably canceling ye ole wow account soon. I hate the fact that im paying 15 a month for a game i hate with a growing passion. Guess my next mmo will be the new star wars one... God knows how long that will be.
